Ingredients

  • 200g mince beef
  • 100g lentils
  • 2 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped/diced
  • 400g tin tomatoes (i used herb ones)
  • 2 tbsp tomatoe paste
  • peppers , mushrooms (how many you like)

Method

Step 1

add everything to a bag and freeze

Step 2

defrost and add to slowcooker. you may want to add a cup of water to this when you add it to slow cooker as lentils will drink liquid up.

Step 3

slow cook for 4hrs high 6hrs low

Step 4

I don't brown my mince off as I am using extra lean.
