- 200g mince beef
- 100g lentils
- 2 onion chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped/diced
- 400g tin tomatoes (i used herb ones)
- 2 tbsp tomatoe paste
- peppers , mushrooms (how many you like)
add everything to a bag and freeze
defrost and add to slowcooker. you may want to add a cup of water to this when you add it to slow cooker as lentils will drink liquid up.
slow cook for 4hrs high 6hrs low
I don't brown my mince off as I am using extra lean.
