Apple, cranberry and pecan filo roll

 1pkt filo pastry
 4tblspns melted butter
 3tblspns sugar
 Juice and zest of 1 lemon
 About 5 eating apples
 350g cranberries
 60g chopped pecans
 30g breadcrumbs
 1-2 tblspn a cinnamon

Put the lemon zest , breadcrumbs, cinnamon 1.5 tblspn a of the sugar and the chief nuts into a bowl and mix well

Heat oven to 190C

Put the lemon juice into a large bowl

Peel and slice half the apples , just slice the others

Toss well in the lemon juice

Add in the cranberries and mix well

Pour in the nuts, zest ,breadcrumbs, cinnamon and sugar mix . Combine well

Lay out a clean tea towel on the work surface with a shorter end towards you

Lay a filo sheet on the pastry brush the top edge with melted butter, lay another above it then another

Brush all the slices and top as before with 3 more slices
