A tasty , warming breakfast

 PER PERSON
 40g oats
 1 egg
 90g fat free yoghurt - I used a vanilla flavoured one
 1tspn sweetener
 100g raspberries
 0.5 tblspn apple sauce
 Cinnamon to taste

Heat oven to 200c

Beat the egg(s)

Add all the ingredients to a bowl

Mix in the eggs

Make sure everything is thoroughly mixed

Grease a baking dish

Pour the mix into the dish

Bake for 30-35 mins

OR

10

Pressure cook for 10 mins

Then pop under a grill to brown

Serve withtoghurt and more berries
