A tasty , warming breakfast

Ingredients

PER PERSON

40g oats

1 egg

90g fat free yoghurt - I used a vanilla flavoured one

1tspn sweetener

100g raspberries

0.5 tblspn apple sauce

Cinnamon to taste

Directions

1Heat oven to 200c

2Beat the egg(s)

3Add all the ingredients to a bowl

4Mix in the eggs

5Make sure everything is thoroughly mixed

6Grease a baking dish

7Pour the mix into the dish

8Bake for 30-35 mins

9OR

10Pressure cook for 10 mins

11Then pop under a grill to brown

12Serve withtoghurt and more berries
