A good hearty dish to serve with boiled rice or jacket potato

 1lb beef mince
 1/2 red peppers from a jar or 1 large red one chopped and deseeded
 2 small onions chopped
 1 tin chopped tomatoes
 2 tbs smokey paprika
 300ml water
 2 tbs ready chopped garlic
 1 beef oxo cube

Just put everything in slow cooker set to low or auto,

mix well and cover with lid and leave,

stir after a couple of hours

  1. Beef mince? Sorry to argue but in what universe? Goulash (or gulyás) is a stew that’s with chunks or diced beef and not mince. Even if it’s made from mince they are formed into meatballs.
