Chicken fried rice

Cooked and cooled rice (day old is best)

1TBSP sesame oil

2TBSP soy sauce

4 spring onions - sliced

1 egg

Leftover cooked chicken

Peas (optional)


1Heat oil in wok

2Add rice and toss about a lot

3Add soy sauce, chicken, onion and peas and cook through

4Push rice to one side and add the egg and switch til almost scrambled then quickly stir through the rice

5Ready to serve as is or with some curry sauce Mmmm
