 Cooked and cooled rice (day old is best)
 1TBSP sesame oil
 2TBSP soy sauce
 4 spring onions - sliced
 1 egg
 Leftover cooked chicken
 Peas (optional)

Heat oil in wok

Add rice and toss about a lot

Add soy sauce, chicken, onion and peas and cook through

Push rice to one side and add the egg and switch til almost scrambled then quickly stir through the rice
