Use in a pie ,a pasta bake or to top pasta

 Leftover roast chicken or 2 poached chicken breasts
 A finely sliced onion
 6 chopped mushrooms
 2tblspn magic mix ( recipe on website )
 500-800ml chicken stock
 A splash of oil
 1-2 tspn dried tarragon
 1 tspn mustard
 FOR A PIE
 1 sheet puff pastry
 Egg to glaze
 FOR A PASTA BAKE
 100g pasta per person
 1 ball of mozerella torn
 FOR A PASTA DISH
 100g pasta per person

Heat oven to 200c

Heat the oil in a pan

Add the onions and sauté until softened

4

Add in the mushrooms and cook for another 4 minutes

Add in the magic mix and once melted add in a little stock

6

Gradually add in more stock whisking all the time

Add in the mustard and tarragon , mix well

Stir through the chopped chicken

FOR A PIE

Pour this mix into a pie dish

Top with the pastry, score the top

Brush with beaten egg and decorate

Bake for about 20 minutes until the pastry is risen and golden

Par cook 100g of pasta per person

Stir through the chicken mix , add a little of the pasta water .

Top with mozerella bake for 15-20 mins
