Crispy Onion Rings

1 or 2 onions. Sliced

3 tbspns semolina

1-2 tspns paprika

Cup of milk

Veg or sunflower oil to fry


1Seperate the sliced onion into rings

2Pour the milk into a bowl

3Mix the semolina and paprika in a shallow dish

4put the rings into the milk for about 2 minutes

5Remove them and toss in the semolina

6Shake off excess and put on a wire rack

7Heat the oil

8Gently fry the rings in batches until crispy

9Drain on kitchen towel

10Sprinkle with a little sea salt and serve
