Dump bag cassoulet

3 sausage chopped into 3 each

1 Chicken breast chopped

2 slices bacon chopped

1 onion chopped

6 garlic cloves chopped

3 x 400g cannelloni beans

1 tin chopped tomatoes

2 tsp tomato purée

Pinch partly, Thyme and a bay leaf


1add everything to a bag and freeze. Put on bag add stock to cover so you don't need to hunt for recipe

2Defrost and add to slow cooker and then add stick (veg, chicken) to cover or just under it.

3cook for 4hrs on a high or 6-8hrs on a low.

4Serve with crusty bread

5Ps this can be done in a pan. Brown off sausage and chicken then add everything to a large oven dish and cook on a 200c/ gas 6 for 45-60mins
