2 chicken breast diced

1 onion chopped

1 red, green, yellow pepper chopped

1 tin of tomotoes

2 tbsp fresh parsly (1 tbsp of dried parsley)


1add it all to a bag and freeze

2defrost and add to slow cooker for 6hrs on a low 4 hrs on a high
