Dump Bag Philly cheese steak

200g beef skirt thinly sliced (i used 2 mucsle food medallion )

1 onion chopped

2/4 cup of white wine.

2 peppers chopped

1 tbsp worcester sauce


1Place everything in a bag and freeze

2defrost and cook in slow cooker for 3hrs high or 5 hrs low

3warm some baguettes in oven the add mixture and grate some cheese over it
