Dump Bag spaghetti bolognaise

200g mince beef

100g lentils

2 onion chopped

2 cloves of garlic chopped/diced

400g tin tomatoes (i used herb ones)

2 tbsp tomatoe paste

peppers , mushrooms (how many you like)


1add everything to a bag and freeze

2defrost and add to slowcooker. you may want to add a cup of water to this when you add it to slow cooker as lentils will drink liquid up.

3slow cook for 4hrs high 6hrs low

4I don't brown my mince off as I am using extra lean.
