Dump Bag Spanish Chicken

1 chicken breasts

1 onion chopped

1 red and green pepper chopped

2 gloves garlic chopped

Tin of tomatoes

2 tbsp paprika

2 tbsp tomato purée

250ml stock ( to be added when cooking)


1Add everything apart from the stock to a bag and freeze

2Defrost and then add stock to the slow cooker and cook on a high for 4hrs of 6hrs on a low.

3You can also add chorizo as well if you have some.
