Pulled beef cheek sandwich

Ingredients

Beef cheeks

1 large onion, chopped or sliced

Enough water or beef stock to just cover

Directions

1place onions in slow cooker. Then place the cheeks on top.

2Add enough stock- water to cover.

3turn it on low for at least 6hrs or longer

4use two folks to pull apart and mix the onions with meat in a bowl and serve in a nice bread bun.

5Tip ... This can be done in a casserole dish in oven on a 150 for 2-3 hrs.
