Raspberry vodka is super refreshing!
300g raspberries
350g granulated sugar
1.5 litres vodka

Wash raspberries.

Put the raspberries in either a 2 litre Kilner jar or split into 2 x 1litre.

Add the sugar.

Add the vodka.

Shake every day until the sugar is dissolved .

Decant after a week or two into empty sterilised bottles through a Muslin cloth, coffee filter or clean t shirt!
