Penny2017-12-19T09:07:09+00:00 Total Recipe Views: 20,593 Rice crispy Christmas puddings By Penny Christmas, Home Baking English December 19, 2017 A Christmas pudding everyone will enjoy Prep: 40 mins Yields: Depends on how big you make them Ingredients 50g butter 180g marshmallows 100g Rice Crispys 200g milk chocolate 100g white chocolate Holly leaf decorations ( you can make these from fondant icing or buy ready made ) Directions 1Melt the butter and chocolate together in a pan. 2Add in the marshmallows and stir until they have melted. 3Add in your Rice Crispys . 4Remove from the heat and stir well. 5Once they have cooled a little, spoon a tablespoon of mixture out into your hands and roll into a ball. 6Put these on a lined baking tray and then put in the fridge for 15 minutes. 7Melt your white chocolate 8Drizzle a little white chocolate on top of each Christmas pud and top with a holly leaf icing decoration. 9Put back in the fridge to firm up for a further 15 minutes. close full screen 00:00 23 Reviews Jane Pearson December 21, 2017 Bethany Pearson got to make these. I will do some of these for their New Years Eve party, along with their other faves, mince pies and sausage rolls. I can buy fondant icing in our local Spanish supermarket & then colour it !!
