Dry sweet but tasty old fashioned recipe

Prep Time30 mins

 100g cold mashed potato
 400g icing sugar
 200g melted chocolate
 Coconut

Mix your mash with the icing sugar 100g at a time - don't worry if it goes all gloopy at first it will stiffen up

Roll into balls

Put on a baking tray and put in the freezer for 15 minutes

Melt the chocolate

Toast the coconut

Dip the frozen balls into the chocolate

Then roll in the coconut

Put on a baking tray lined with baking paper

Put them in the fridge until the chocolate hardens
