Butternut squash (any size you want) 1/2 a large onion or 1 small onion chopped 1 sweet potato (I had it sitting about its up to you) Homemade chicken/veg stock or 1 cube Directions 1peel, chop and de-seed the squash. Add it to slow cooker. Along with chopped onions and potato (if using) 2Add enough water to cover the veg. Now add your stock cube or homemade. 3Turn it to a low and leave till you need it.
