Terriyaki chicken dump bag

2 diced chicken breasts

1 diced red pepper

1 tin pineapple chunks, drained

2 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp red pepper flakes

2/3 cup of sugar

1 cup of water

2 TBSP sweet chilli sauce

1/2 tsp salt


1Add all ingredients to a freezer bag

2Freeze bag and defrost overnight in the fridge

3Add to the slow cooker and cook for 4-6 hours on high or 8-10 hours on high
