Tuna Pasta Bake

Yields1 Serving
 1 tin of tuna
 25g butter
 25g plain flour
 300 ml milk
 100g cheddar cheese grated
 3-4 tomatoes
 Salt n pepper
 1-2 packets plain crisps crushed
 125g pasta

Heat oven to 180C

Cook the pasta and drain

Melt the butter over a med low heat

Add the flour and cook out for 3-4 minutes

Add the milk gradually whisking all the time

Season with salt and pepper

When thickened take off the heat and stir through the cheese

Chop half the tomatoes and stir through the sauce with the pasta and tuna

Put into a baking dish

Pour the crisps over the top and bake for about 15mins

Slice the remaining tomatoes

Put on top of the bake and cook for another 5 minutes

Serve with a nice salad and garlic bread

You can add sweetcorn , broccoli even olives to this
