Wrap Pizza

An easy meal you can adapt using anything you have in the fridge. Change the toppings for endless possibilities

  • Prep: 10 mins
  • Cook: 15 mins
  • Yields: Serves 1


1x Mediterranean Tortilla Wrap

2x tbsp Passata

1/2 Mozzerella ball

4x Mushrooms

1/2 ×Onion


50gxCooked chicken

120gx Grated hard mozzarella/ cheddar


Salt & Pepper


1Grill the wrap till crispy on each side

2Spread 2 tbs of Passata till base is covered

3Sprinkle herbs over

4Add mozzarella torn into chunks

5Add sliced mushrooms

6Add sliced onion

7Add sliced tomato

8Add cooked chicken

9Season with S & P

10Top with grated hard mozzarella or cheddar

11Bake for 10-15 minutes 180°

I also use the gluten-free wraps, grilled then cut up into pieces, when I fancy cheese and “biscuits”.

I make these using the gluten-free wraps from Sainsbury’s. These wraps (don’t know if it’s the same with ordinary wraps) need to be stabbed a few times with a fork before grilling otherwise they blow up like a balloon!
