 1x Mediterranean Tortilla Wrap
 2x tbsp Passata
 1/2 Mozzerella ball
 4x Mushrooms
 1/2 ×Onion
 1×Tomato
 50gxCooked chicken
 120gx Grated hard mozzarella/ cheddar
 Herbs
 Salt & Pepper

Grill the wrap till crispy on each side

Spread 2 tbs of Passata till base is covered

Sprinkle herbs over

Add mozzarella torn into chunks

Add sliced mushrooms

Add sliced onion

Add sliced tomato

Add cooked chicken

Season with S & P

Top with grated hard mozzarella or cheddar

Bake for 10-15 minutes 180°

  1. I make these using the gluten-free wraps from Sainsbury’s. These wraps (don’t know if it’s the same with ordinary wraps) need to be stabbed a few times with a fork before grilling otherwise they blow up like a balloon!
