Bacon, mozzarella and sundried tomato bread

 1/2 pack of cooking bacon
 Pack value mozarella
 1/2 jar of sundried tomatoes
 1lb bread dough
 2TBSP ranch dressing (will add recipe seperately)

Fry off your bacon bits and drain on a piece of kitchen towel

Make up your dough until it's ready to prove

Tear into chunks and then add your other ingredients

Layer into an oiled loaf tin and cover with a warm damp tea towel and leave to rise for 1 hour

Bake uncovered in the oven for 35 minutes at GM5 180c
