Baked Oats

 40 g Oats
 1 Egg
 90 g Fat free yoghurt - I used a vanilla flavoured one
 1 tsp Sweetener
 100 g Raspberries
 0.50 tbsp Apple sauce
  Cinnamon to taste

Heat oven to 200c.

Beat the egg(s).

Add all the ingredients to a bowl.

Mix in the eggs.

Make sure everything is thoroughly mixed.

Grease a baking dish.

Pour the mix into the dish.

Bake for 30-35 mins.

Or - Pressure cook for 10 mins. Then pop under a grill to brown.

Serve with yoghurt and more berries.
