Banana Ice Cream

 8 very ripe bananas
 Cream , yoghurt or coconut milk ( optional )
 Toffee sauce to serve

Peel and slice the bananas

Lay on a tray or plate

Put into the freezer

When frozen solid put into a food processor and whizz together

Add a little cream , yoghurt or coconut milk to the mix for a creamier texture

Serve immediately topped with toffee sauce
