Tofu
I liked fried tofu
1 grain
Rice
Couscous
Noodles
Quinoa
Cook as required. I used rice noodles
Veg part can be what you want.
I had beetroot, sweetcorn and fried pok choi.
Its up to you
I added a sweet chilli dressing onto mine. I did not add seeds or fresh herbs cos i had none.
