Bircher Muesli

An easy healthy breakfast

 150g porage oats
 420ml milk
 60ml Apple juice
 3TBSP lemon juice
 1 apple
 1-2 TBSP honey
 375g plain yoghurt
 A dash of cinnamon
 Toppings - fresh/dried fruit, nuts, coconut

Combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate overnight. Top with fresh fruit or nuts
