 2 cloves of garlic minced
 1 tblspn soy sauce
 1 tspn oyster sauce
 2 tspn cornflour
 1 tspn sugar
 2/3 cup chicken stock

Mash down the beans

Mix all the ingredients together

Add this sauce to your wok fried meat and vegetables

Fermented black beans are available in Chinese supermarkets . They need a goo rinse and a 30 minute soak in cold water
