 2 onions
 8oz cheddar cheese grated
 1 egg beaten
 1 tbspn English musters ( optional )
 Salt and pepper
 1 pkt puff pastry

Heat oven to 200C

Chop the onions

Cook in boiling sated water for 5 minutes

Drain

Mix with the cheese

Add mustard ( if using )

Add nearly all the egg

Season to taste

Roll out the pastry

Line a 7" metal pie plate

Pour in the filling

Top with another circle of pastry

Seal the edges

Use the remaining egg to glaze the top of the pie
