Cheese biscuits

Something a little bit different

 8 oz Grated cheddar
 4 tbsp Butter
 1 tsp Salt
 1 cup Flour
 2 tbsp Ice water

Add cheese, butter and salt to a bowl and whisk until it comes together

Add the flour and whisk again

Add iced water and whisk until it comes into a big clump

Separate your clump into 2 and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes

Roll or pat flat and cut into squares

Cook at GM5 or 180c for 13-15 minutes
