 Leftover roast chicken or 2 poached chicken breasts
 A finely sliced onion
 6 chopped mushrooms
 2tblspn magic mix ( recipe on website )
 500-800ml chicken stock
 A splash of oil
 1-2 tspn dried tarragon
 1 tspn mustard
FOR A PIE
 1 sheet puff pastry
 Egg to glaze

 100g pasta per person
 1 ball of mozerella torn
FOR A PASTA DISH

Heat oven to 200c

Heat the oil in a pan

Add the onions and sauté until softened

Add in the mushrooms and cook for another 4 minutes

Add in the magic mix and once melted add in a little stock

Gradually add in more stock whisking all the time

Add in the mustard and tarragon , mix well

Stir through the chopped chicken

Pour this mix into a pie dish

Top with the pastry, score the top

Brush with beaten egg and decorate

Bake for about 20 minutes until the pastry is risen and golden
