Heat the oil and butter, add the onions and cook gently for 15 minutes
Add the paste and cook for 5 mins
Add the diced chicken, stir well to coat and cook for 2 mins
Add the tomatoes, 100mls of water and cover and simmer for 25 minutes
Stir through the mango chutney and cream/yoghurt and warm through
Serve with rice and naan bread
