Chilli , garlic prawns and noodles

Yields4 Servings

 400 g Raw large prawns
 1 Red chilli
 5 Garlic cloves
 Thumbsize piece of ginger
 Vegetable oil
 1 Bunch spring onions
 Splash sesame oil
 Bag of beansprouts
 300 g Noodles

Slice the spring onions and 4 of the garlic cloves

Finely mince the remaining garlic and ginger

Chop the chilli ( remove seeds if you don’t like it too hot )

Cook the noodles
.
Drain, splash on a little sesame oil

Heat the oil in a wok . Add the minced garlic and ginger .
Keep them moving in the oil so as not to burn . Once they’ve released their aroma remove from the wok

Add in the prawns . Once pink remove to a plate

Add in the onions , sliced garland c and beansprouts . Stir fry for 2 or 3 minutes

Add in the chilli and prawns.

Now add the noodles , heat through

Add another splash of sesame oil

Serve scattered with more spring onions
