Chinese style Beef Stir fry

 125 g Beef strips
 ¼ Onion
 37 ½ g Mushrooms
 ¼ Pepper
 37 ½ g Baby Corn & Mangetout
 ¼ tbsp Oil
 For the Marinade
 ½ tsp Paprika
 ¼ tsp Garlic
 ¼ tsp Ginger
  tsp Cinnamon
 ¼ tsp Sugar
 ¼ tsp Cornflour
 ½ tbsp Soy Sauce

Place the beef into a bowl.
Combine the dry Marinade ingredients.
Sprinkle over the Beef strips, rub in(wear gloves) making sure they are well coated. Pour over the Soy Sauce and stir through.
Cover and allow to soak in the Marinade for 10-20mns

Meanwhile-
Slice the Onion.
Slice the Pepper.
Slice the Mushrooms.

Heat the oil in a pan on a medium heat.
Add the Beef

Fry for 3-4mns stirring to prevent it sticking.
Remove from the pan and set aside.

Add the onion to the same pan and fry for 2-3 mns.
Add the mushrooms.
Add the Peppers.
Add the baby corn and mangetout.
Add any extra veg you want.
Stir through and fry for 2 minutes

Add the Beef back into the pan.

Stir through and fry for 2 minutes.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if required.
Add a little stock or water if you prefer a bit more sauce

Serve with noodles and spicy crackers.
Or rice and crackers

Easy swaps:-
Beef strips for minute steak.
Onion for spring onion
Cinnamon for chilli flakes.
Soy Sauce for Plum/Oyster or Balsamic glaze.

A packet of stir fry veg can be used instead but I had all the ingredients in my fridge so used them to save buying more.
You can cook everything at once but I prefer doing my meat separately to stop it being overcooked,then adding the vegetables which I cook a little longer to soften, but that's just my personal taste.
