Loaded fries are springing up everywhere just now so I thought I'd add one to my repertoire. For officianados of chips n cheese (my daughter lol) this is a must-try!. This combines the smoky spice of Chorizo with the sweetness of caramelised onions to create a fabulous stand alone main course served with a salad, or as a side dish to accompany pizza or pasta. Its also a great TV snack, whether your watching a film or the footy. No matter how you choose to serve it I'm sure you and your family will love it. As with most of our recipes you can adjust or adapt as needed, to suit your families tastes - you don't have to coat the chips if you don't like paprika. The step by step picture guide let's you follow the recipe easily. Why not give this a try and let us know how you get on in the comments below. We love to hear your feedback x
