Healthy version

 400 g Potatoes diced (skins left on)
 200 g Swede, diced
 1 Onion, finely sliced
 200 g Green or white cabbage, thinly sliced
 1 Egg yolk
 40 g Low fat cheddar cheese, grated
 Salt and pepper

Cook the diced potato and swede until soft

Fry off onion and cabbage over a low heat until softens

Roughly mash the potato and swede and add the cabbage and onion and stir through the egg

Add salt and pepper to taste

Put the mix in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle to cheese over

Cook at GM 6 / 200c for 20 minutes
