brown onions
add mince and brown
sprinkle oxo cubes on mince
stir in grated carrot cook for a few minutes
stir in porridge oats
add stock and cook for 30 minutes checking in case it needs more liquids
split mince between two dishes
add mash topping
cook one for 20- 30 minutes in the oven at GM 6 200c and freeze the other
