A family favourite

 12 Sausages
 1.20 kg Potatoes
 1 Tin of baked beans
 1 Onion
 ½ Leek(optional)
 2 Handfuls of mixed Peppers(optional)
 100 g Mushrooms(optional)
 4 tbsp BBQ sauce
 100 ml Onion gravy
 1 tsp Oil
 1 tbsp Butter
 100 g Cheese
 1 pinch S&P

Peel,wash,chop and boil the potatoes

Heat the oil and butter and fry the onion and leek till soft 4-5mns

Add the peppers,mushrooms and garlic

Stir through and continue to fry for 3-4mns then add to a casserole dish

Fry the sausages till golden brown then slice half of them diagonally into 3 pieces

Leave the rest whole and add them all to the casserole dish

Pour the beans on top and mix through

Pour over the Bbq sauce and mix through

Pour over the gravy and mix everything through

Mash the potatoes and spoon it over the sausage mix,then top with grated cheese

Bake in the oven 180°for 30mns till the cheese is bubbly and golden

Serve hot with peas or vegetables and a slice of bread n butter to mop up the sauce
