Cream of Celery soup is a new favourite for me. I received 2 lots of Celery in my shopping and thought "What am I going to use all this for?" and Soup was an easy option. This is as filling as it is tasty, and really nice cold too, so would be a lovely change on a warm summer day. Its also low in calories and packed full of vitamins, so whats not to likely? Why not give this a try and let us know how you got on in the comments below. We love to hear your feedback x
