Crispy Onion Rings

Yields1 Serving

 1 or 2 onions. Sliced
 3 tbspns semolina
 1-2 tspns paprika
 Cup of milk
 Veg or sunflower oil to fry

Seperate the sliced onion into rings

Pour the milk into a bowl

Mix the semolina and paprika in a shallow dish

put the rings into the milk for about 2 minutes

Remove them and toss in the semolina

Shake off excess and put on a wire rack

Heat the oil

Gently fry the rings in batches until crispy

Drain on kitchen towel

Sprinkle with a little sea salt and serve
