Dump Bag Southwest Chicken

 2 chicken breasts
 tin of black beans (i used black eye beans)
 tin of sweet corn
 jar of salasa (or homemade)
 8oz of cream cheese

add every thing apart from the cream cheese to a bag and freeze

defrost and dump the contens into a slow cooker along with the cream cheese mix.

when ready take the breasts out and shread. serve with warm bread and pickles or rice
