Fried cabbage, onion and bacon

This is my favourite side!

 6 Slices of bacon or leftover ham
 1 Large onion sliced
 ½ White cabbage sliced
 2 Cloves crushed garlic
 ½ tsp Onion powder
  tsp Paprika
 Salt to taste
 Pepper to taste

Fry off bacon for 10 minutes until crispy - skip this step of using leftover ham

Add onions and garlic and fry for 10 minutes

Stir in the cabbage and cook for another 10 minutes

Season with salt, pepper, onion powder and paprika

Reduce the heat and cover

Simmer gently for 20 minutes
