This is great on toast or as a side
Heat the oil and butter
Add in the mushrooms and don't be tempted to move them around the pan for a couple minutes
Stir the mushrooms
Add in the garlic and salt and pepper
Cook for another 3-4 minutes
Add in about 6 tblspns creme fraiche and the mustard
Leave to cook for a couple of minutes and serve - Add chopped parsley if liked and try different mushrooms
