Italian Chicken noodle soup

A warming and creamy lunch

 1 Chicken breast
 1 Red pepper chopped
 2 tsp Garlic chopped
 2 pinches Black pepper
 100 ml Whole milk
 1 tbsp Cornflour
 300 g Pasta
 500 ml Chicken stock
 100 g Baby spinach
 100 g Grated Parmesan cheese
 1 tsp Dried Italian herbs

Add the chicken, peppers,stock, 1/2,tsp of herbs and 1 tsp of garlic to your Slow cooker

Cook on high for 3 hrs or low for 6

Remove the chicken and shred using 2 forks to pull apart then return it to the S. cooker

Add the remaining herbs,garlic,black pepper ,pasta,,spinach and 3/4 of the parmesan

Mix the cornflour and milk and add to the pot

Continue cooking for 20-30mns

Season to taste.
Add the remaining cheese to garnish
Serve with crusty bread.
