 60g ground flaxseed
 30g chia seeds
 Salt
 Warm water

Pre heat oven to 200c

Mix everything together and add the water a little at a time till it comes together and forms a paste like dough

Roll out thinly between 2 sheets of brown paper and bake for aboit 10/15min.
