Maple BBQ Pork belly traybake

Lovely quick and easy dinner

 ¾ cup Maple syrup
 ¾ cup Ketchup
 ½ cup Cold water
 ½ tsp Onion salt
 ¼ tsp Celery salt
 ¼ tsp Pepper
 8 Slices pork belly
 2 Sliced peppers
 2 Quartered onions
 16 Cherry tomatoes
 8 Asparagus spears
 8 Baby potatoes

Mix maple syrup, ketchup, water, onion salt, celery salt and pepper in a zip lock bag

Add your pork belly slices and put in the fridge to marinade for a couple of hours

Put the marinated belly slices and all the veg except the asparagus in a baking tray

Cook in the oven at 200c or GM 6 for 45 minutes

Add the asparagus for the last 15 minutes

Serve with a side salad or corn on the cob
