 6 hash browns
 6 wraps
 4 eggs
 6 sausages
 6 slices of cheese

Cook your hash browns in the oven or air fryer. Slice them in half.

Cook your sausages then slice them in half lengthways.

Beat the eggs and then pour into a frying pan and make a thin omelette (or you can scramble them)

Heat the wraps for 30 seconds in the microwave.

Assemble the wraps. Egg first then 1 sausage then 1 hash brown then cheese on each.

Fold the wraps then wrap in greaseproof paper then tightly wrap in foil.

Freeze for quick grab and go breakfasts.

To heat from frozen
- chuck in the air fryer (still wrapped for 10 minutes)
- remove the foil and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes.
