Millet porridge

 1/2 cup (80g) dry millet
 1 cup (240ml) milk of choice
 1 cup (240ml) water
 2 tbsp sugar
 Pinch of salt
 Any extras like fruit, nuts and seeds

add everything to a pan and bring to boil

Once at boil turn down to a low and simmer covered for 20 mins .

optional ... Leave covered for 20mins of the heat to make it fluffy. I like mine with some texture so 20mins on a low was perfect.
