Mozerella and sage stuffed chicken wrapped in ham

 1 chicken breast per person
 A thick slice of mozerella
 Salt and pepper
 A few sage leaves
 A couple of slices of your chosen bacon /ham
 Cling film
 A couple of spoonfuls of olive oil

Lay a sheet of clingfilm on the work surface

Lay the bacon rashers vertically across it

Put the chicken breast on top of the bacon

Cut a pocket in the chicken breast with a sharp knife

Season the mozerella with salt and pepper

Put the mozerella slice in the pocket with a couple of sage leaves

Pull the chicken to cover the cheese

Using the cling film wrap the bacon around the chicken

Wrap it righty in the clingfilm

Wrap it in another sheet of clingfilm

Boil a saucepan of water

Steam the chicken breast over the boiling water ( you could use a colonder or sieve if you don't have a steamer basket )for 20 minutes

Heat a couple of spoonfuls of olive oil in a frying pan

Unwrap the chicken and fry on all sides in hot oil until the bacon is crispy
