Oven cooked buffalo chicken wings

 1kg chicken wings
 3 minced garlic cloves
 2tblspns olive oil
 3tblspns cider or white wine vinegar
 1 tblspn smoked paprika
 1tblsn Worcestershire sauce
 2tspn celery salt
 2-4 tblspn siracha or other hot sauce
 3 tblspns runny honey
 1 tblspn oregano

Cut each wing in half

Mix the other ingredients together . Add the wings to the mixture and marinate in the fridge for a few hours

Heat oven to 180c . Put the wings on a baking tray and cook for 30 minutes

Turn heat up to 200c brush the wings with more marinade cook for another 30 minutes brushing with more marinade . Cook until glazed and sticky
