Pan cooked penne and sausages

Yields4 Servings

 6 sausages
 1 onion finely chopped
 2 cloves minced garlic or some garlic powder
 Tin of chopped tomatoes
 1.5 cups milk
 1 cup of chicken or vegetable stock
 2 handfuls of grated cheddar cheese
 Salt and pepper
 A little oil

Heat the oil in a large frying pan

Add the sausages and onions and fry gently until coloured. Slice the sausages .

Add the garlic and fry for about a minute

Stir in the pasta , tomatoes and stock and milk

Put on the lid and cook for about 10-12 minutes or until the pasta is cooked

Stir through the cheese and season

Let it thicken for about 5 minutes
